Welcome Conflict Resolution Center, Inc. has been serving the South Florida public and private sector since 1996. Because of the multi-faceted levels of expertise of its mediators, there is a capability to apply mediation services to many different areas of conflict. All of our mediators are Supreme Court Certified to conduct family/divorce mediation and county mediation. The primary area of application is in divorce mediation. Hundreds of couples desirous of dissolving their marriages with a minimum of expense and time have turned to the Conflict Resolution Center, Inc. to achieve that end. All of the critical areas associated with divorce are well managed such as, separation, child custody/visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, and post-divorce issues. We feel that the inherent adversarial nature of divorce can be neutralized if the mediator has the skill to help the parties maintain focus on the issues and to minimize the influence of emotions that undermine the process of resolution. Dr. Joseph DeGeorge is the founder of Conflict Resolution Center, Inc. and he has a wealth of experience in all levels of mediating conflict.
